Our simple ordering process
Choose Your Product
Find your product under shop in our Menu Bar. Sizes, quantities and pricing can be found there.
Upload Your Art Work
You can upload your Artwork using your own file, make sure it is a png, pdf or jpg file. Some products will have a template available to place your artwork into our print ready templates. If you don’t know how to update the template, don’t worry, upload what you have and we’ll take care of it and help you achieve your vision.
Design Help if Needed
If you need help with your design we’ll send you an email after you place your order to assist with your design.
Place Your Order & Payment
Add your order to your cart and make payment. Please ensure to include all your delivery details.
Art Work Proof
Once your order has been submitted and our awesome designers have reviewed your brief we will send you some artwork to review, within the design fee you will have a chance to ask for changes.
Production Begins
Once you have approved your artwork the fun begins and we get to start production on your awesome products.
Delivery
Your order will be sent via Australian Post, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
