Important Notice: Flag System Usage in Windy Conditions
To ensure the longevity of your flag system and prevent damage, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Wind Limits: Flag systems should not be used in winds stronger than a Fresh Breeze (29-38 km/h). Operating in stronger winds may cause pole breakage and premature wear of the flag.
- Replacement Poles: Replacement poles can be purchased separately, contact us directly from on our website. Please note, we do not provide warranty for any pole breakages, including those caused by winds exceeding Strong Breeze (39km/h +).

We answer the more common questions 
How do you match Colours?
Colours can vary when printed on different printers and materials, as well as when displayed on various computer screens. If a specific colour is important, please provide a Pantone (PMS) colour reference. This will help us achieve the closest possible colour match.
If you are working with your own Graphics designer they can provide details, alternatively you can also send us a physical sample of the colour you want to achieve and we’ll match it as close as possible.
We use CMYK printers so for best results files should be converted to CMYK.
What are your order processing timeframes?
Order processing times vary depending on the product. Please see Delivery details when you browse under Shop in our menu bar.
What are your Payment options?
We require full payment prior to production.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
If you have ordered via emailing us at hello@marqmee.com.au and prefer to pay via bank transfer, bank details can be found on our invoice.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent via Australia Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days, Rural and Regional areas (NT & WA) can take up to 3-5 working days.
Once the delivery address has been confirmed, it can’t be changed.
If you are based in Geelong, you can arrange pick up of your order.
